Shipping & Delivery

Ballboards provides advertising services on physical ballboards located at various venues. Our delivery process typically follows these steps:

• Once your artwork is approved, it is sent to our printing facility
• Printed ballboards are typically installed within 4-6 weeks after approval
• You will receive notification once your ballboard has been installed
• Advertising displays run for the duration specified in your purchased package

Refund Policy

At Ballboards, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our advertising services. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Before Artwork Approval: Full refund available within 48 hours of purchase
• After Installation: No refunds are available once your advertisement has been installed
• Service Issues: If your advertisement is not displayed as agreed upon, please contact our support team for resolution
