You can open Delete account from the Ballboards mobile sign-in screen to reach these public instructions, or contact us directly from the email associated with the account. Never send your password by email.

- On the Ballboards mobile sign-in screen, choose Delete account. This opens this public request page.
- Email support@ballboards.com from the email associated with your account or the venue contact email.
- Include the venue name and username, but never include your password.
- We will verify your identity and confirm completion by email, generally within 30 days.
Invited venue teammates
A confirmed request immediately removes all venue-team memberships tied to that login and revokes its venue-app sessions. If the same User login also has advertiser, company, or Ballboards staff access, we preserve those unrelated services while support reviews the broader personal-data request instead of silently destroying a shared business identity.
Original venue username
An original venue login represents a venue business, contracts, placements, and payout history—not only one person. A request sent from the associated venue contact email starts the verification process. Support then confirms control before disabling credentials and deleting or anonymizing eligible contact information.
What is deleted and what may be retained
Eligible for deletion or anonymization
- Venue-app memberships and active mobile sessions
- Login credentials that are not required for another Ballboards service
- Profile and venue-contact information where we have no continuing legal or business need
- Unused password-reset records
May be retained
- Contracts, agreements, invoices, payouts, tax, and accounting records
- Proof-of-placement photos and installation history tied to fulfilled contracts
- Security, fraud-prevention, dispute, and audit records
- Records required by law or needed to enforce an agreement
Required business records are retained only for the period reasonably necessary for those purposes, including applicable tax, accounting, contractual, fraud-prevention, and legal limitation periods. Backups are removed through their normal secure rotation cycle.

Email us from the account or venue contact email. Include the venue name and username, but never include your password. We will verify identity before changing access.
